Welcome to the EFH Website

Our Mission Statement...
The Epilepsy Foundation of Hawaii will ensure that people with seizures are able to participate in all life experiences; and will prevent, control and cure epilepsy through services, education, advocacy and research

The Epilepsy Foundation of Hawaii (EFH) provides direct services to individuals with seizure disorders.  It is estimated that over 18,000 Hawaii residents suffer from epilepsy and over 75,000 people are touched by it.  For over 20 years the EFH has provided information and educational services to individuals and groups with questions pertaining to epilepsy.

The EFH is a private, nonprofit agency, whose mission is to increase public awareness of epilepsy and to build a sense of community, enabling persons with epilepsy to participate fully in the community at large.

We've got a NEW HOME!

The EFH is happy to announce that we have a new home in the IBM Building next to Ward Center!.  Our new office is smaller than before but by moving a lot of our belongings to storage we are able to afford our new home where we will have a streamlined location for meeting clients and for office work.

Our new location offers many advantages including much easier access and a more central location.  Please call before stopping by as we staff the office on a part time basis.

Mahalo for your support.
